Zoning Map Classifications  Industrial District

(From ARTICLE VIII of City Ordinances, Appendix A)
Section 1. M-1 - Local Service Industry; M-2 - Manufacturing. Within these districts as shown on the Zoning Map of the City of Panama City Beach, Florida, the following regulations shall apply:
Section 2. Uses permitted:
M-1 Districts: Uses permitted in all "B" Districts, and lumber and building supplies, heating and air conditioning, sheet metal, welding, plumbing, electrical, laundries and dry cleaners, bakeries, bottling plants, printing, light manufacturing and processing
M-2 Districts: Light manufacturing and industrial activities but excluding uses permitted in "B" Districts except that wholesaling, warehousing, and distribution facilities shall be permitted as a principle use. This district is established for use as an industrial park.
Section 3. Lot and Building Requirements. The principal building and accessory buildings shall be located and constructed in compliance with the follow requirements:
