The City of Panama City Beach provides water, wastewater and reclaimed irrigation water services to residences and businesses in the City and unincorporated areas of Bay County between the Hathaway Bridge, West Bay Bridge, and Phillips Inlet Bridge. The City delivers drinking water to a service population of approximately 20,000 residential and commercial buildings.
Our mission is to provide our customer superior drinking water, reclaimed water and utility support services.
If you wish to start, stop or transfer service, or have questions about the City's utility services, meter readings, billings or payments, and reclaimed water service, please stop by the Public Works Department Office located at 110 S. Arnold Road Panama City Beach, Florida or contact us at 850-233-5100, during our normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
