PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE: Affected area: 7205 Thomas Drive, Dunes of Panama Building "C". Due to the replacement of a 3" value by the City Utilities Staff, the water supply experienced a temporary loss of water pressure on March 14, 2018. If you live at this address, you may experience discolored water approximately 24 hours after your water has been restored. As a precaution, we advise all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or dish washing be boiled and a rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative, bottled water may be used. This notice will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected and a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink. The City will publicly issue a rescission lifting this “Precautionary Boil Water Notice” at that time. The City of Panama City Beach provides water, wastewater and reclaimed irrigation water services to residences and businesses in the City and unincorporated areas of Bay County between the Hathaway Bridge, West Bay Bridge, and Phillips Inlet Bridge. The City delivers drinking water to a service population of approximately 20,000 residential and commercial buildings.
