The City of Panama City Beach is conducting prescribed burns at the City’s 2,900 acre Conservation Park starting January 20, 2016 beginning at 10 A.M. Additional burns will occur as weather conditions permit over the next six weeks. The entrance to Conservation Park is located approximately 1.1 miles west of SR 79 and 1.3 miles north of Panama City Beach Parkway. The Park will remain open to the public; though access will be restricted to certain portions of the site.
On Wednesday, February 10, water service at the following addresses will be interrupted from 10AM to 4PM due to utility work. A Precautionary Boil Water Notice will be put into effect for these addresses starting at 10AM until further notice due to the temporary loss of water pressure. As a precaution, water used for drinking or cooking should be boiled. Discolored water may be experienced 24 hours after water is restored. 126 Gardenia St, 128 Gardenia St, and 301 Gardenia St.

The City Council of Panama City Beach, Florida created the Panama City Beach Community Redevelopment Agency on November 30, 2000. Subsequently, on June 21, 2001, the Council adopted a resolution and created the Front Beach Road Community Redevelopment Area (CRA).
