NOTICE TO BID- PANAMA CITY BEACH POLICE FLEET VEHICLES

The City of Panama City Beach hereby solicits sealed bids for the following equipment:

Two (2)     2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD, 2018 Ford F-150 4WD, or 2018 Dodge Ram 4x4 SSV 
                                            NOTE: Ford must be comparable to Chevy and Dodge . 
Six (6)       2018 Ford SUV Police Interceptors (Patrol specs)

PLEASE SEE SPECIFICATIONS ATTACHED FOR EACH VEHICLE CATEGORY.

The Bids should include ALL fees, including delivery charges, (if any).

Bids must be sealed and will be received until 12:00 P.M. (noon), Central Time, November 2, 2017, at the City of Panama City Beach Police Department, Attn: Captain Wayne Maddox, 17115 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, FL  32413, and will be opened and read publicly immediately thereafter.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive and formality in bids received.  All bidders shall comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulations of businesses in the State of Florida.

All bids shall be firm for a period of six months after opening.
