The City of Panama City Beach is currently accepting applications for one Full-Time Pier Attendant. Please review the full job description included in the application packet for qualification requirements. Specific requirements include: Must have graduated from standard high school, or vocational school, or have GED equivalency certificate; OR have any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be dependable; in good physical condition; must have ability to work alone unsupervised and perform routine duties on own initiative; must be able to keep records and make reports; ability to supervise small numbers of people; ability to operate a computerized cash register; ability to work harmoniously with fellow workers and others. Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license - driving record must be acceptable to the City insurance program. Applicants will be administered the general competency Civil Service examination.

Interviews for qualified candidates will be scheduled for Wednesday, July 11, 2018

Submission of completed application materials, requested documentation and testing hours: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM - 3PM. The Civil Service Office closes for lunch from 12PM- 1PM.
