PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE:  Affected area: 7205 Thomas Drive, Dunes of Panama Building "C".  Due to the replacement of a 3" value by the City Utilities Staff, the water supply experienced a temporary loss of water pressure on March 14, 2018.  If you live at this address, you may experience discolored water approximately 24 hours after your water has been restored.  As a precaution, we advise all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or dish washing be boiled and a rolling boil of one minute is sufficient.  As an alternative, bottled water may be used. This notice will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected and a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink. The City of Panama City Beach is currently accepting applications for one Full-Time Recreation Coordinator for the Parks & Recreation Department.  Specific requirements include: Must possess a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License; must have experience related to athletics as a player, coach, and/or official and working with the administration of youth and adult athletic events; must have the ability to work with people of all age groups.

Application/Testing Deadline: 11AM, Wednesday, March 21, 2018.

Interviews for qualified candidates will be scheduled for Wednesday, April 4, 2018.
