PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE: Affected area: 7205 Thomas Drive, Dunes of Panama Building "C". Due to the replacement of a 3" value by the City Utilities Staff, the water supply experienced a temporary loss of water pressure on March 14, 2018. If you live at this address, you may experience discolored water approximately 24 hours after your water has been restored. As a precaution, we advise all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or dish washing be boiled and a rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative, bottled water may be used. This notice will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected and a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink. The City will publicly issue a rescission lifting this “Precautionary Boil Water Notice” at that time. The City of Panama City Beach is currently accepting applications for four Full-Time Police Officer. Please review the full job description included in the application packet for qualification requirements. Specific requirements include: High School Diploma/GED, valid Florida's Driver’s License. Must possess and maintain certification as a Florida State Police Officer under the Florida Police Standards and Training requirements.
Application/Testing Deadline: Applications will be accepted until the position has been filled.

Submission of completed application materials, requested documentation and testing hours: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM – 3PM. The Civil Service Office closes for lunch from 12PM- 1PM.
