PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE:  Affected area: 7205 Thomas Drive, Dunes of Panama Building "C".  Due to the replacement of a 3" value by the City Utilities Staff, the water supply experienced a temporary loss of water pressure on March 14, 2018.  If you live at this address, you may experience discolored water approximately 24 hours after your water has been restored.  As a precaution, we advise all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or dish washing be boiled and a rolling boil of one minute is sufficient.  As an alternative, bottled water may be used. This notice will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected and a bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink. The City will publicly issue a rescission lifting this “Precautionary Boil Water Notice” at that time.  If you have any questions, please contact PCB Utilities Department at (850) 233-5100 from 8AM-4PM, Monday -Friday, or after hours & weekends at (850) 233-5050.

Public Notice of Presentations to Review Committee by Three Firms in Consideration for Continued Engineering Services-Major Wastewater Facilities



Presentations to the Review Committee by the top three firms in consideration for the Continuing Engineering Services for the Major Wastewater Facilities will be held Thursday, March 29, 2018 beginning at 1:00 P.M. at the George C. Cowgill City Hall Annex, 110 South Arnold Road, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413. The purposes of the meeting is to view presentations of those firms who were deemed the most highly qualified to perform the professional services advertised for the Continuing Engineering Services for Major Wastewater Facilities. Further information pertaining to this meeting may be obtained from Jo Smith, executive assistant to the City Manager, or by calling 850-233-5100 x 2230.
